The therapy sessions are person-centred and the focus is not just to help you to move forwards, but to instil the belief that you have the capacity for personal growth and development within you. 

I may be a specialist from my training and experience but you are the expert in your journey. In the session I will offer unconditional positive regard, empathy and congruence to cultivate the therapeutic relationship needed to come to terms with any negative feelings and achieve your goals.
